 The FY 1999-2000 Douglas County property tax levy is 20.201¢ per $100 of valuation.
 The FY 2000-2001 Douglas County property tax levy is 20.201¢ per $100 of valuation.
 The FY 2001-2002 Douglas County property tax levy is 23.101¢ per $100 of valuation, a rate increase of 1.5c.
 The FY 2002-2003 Douglas County property tax levy is 24.801¢ per $100 of valuation, a 7% increase.
 The FY 2003-2004 Douglas County property tax levy is 26.801¢ per $100 of valuation, an 8% increase.
The FY 2004-2005 Douglas County property tax levy is 26.801¢ per $100 of valuation.  The budget rose by $20 million.
  
The FY 2005-2006 Douglas County property tax levy is .26427c per $100 of valuation.  Property taxes on a $100,000 house are $264, not including the valuation hike.  The general fund budget increased from $135 million to $138.4 million.
The FY 2006-2007 Douglas County property tax levy is .26144c per $100 of valuation.  Property taxes on a $100,000 house are $261, not including the valuation hike. 

The FY 2007-2008 Douglas County property tax levy is .26289c per $100 of valuation.  Property taxes on a $100,000 house are $263, not including the valuation hike.
The FY 2008-2009 Douglas County property tax levy is .24519c per $100 of valuation.  Property taxes on a $100,000 house are $245, not including the valuation hike.  County valuations rose by 9.49%.  The general fund budget increased by 4.62%. 
The FY 2010-2011 Douglas County property tax levy is .26459c per $100 of valuation.  Property taxes on a $100,000 house are $265, not including the valuation hike.
